The Philippines will finally reopen to fully vaccinated international tourists starting November 22, 2021.
The Southeast Asian country will only accept fully vaccinated tourists from “Green List” countries but they must submit a negative RT-PCR test taken within 72 hours prior departure whereas no quarantine and no on-arrival RT-PCR test will be required.
Further guidelines and detailed requirements are expected to be released soon.
