People talk.
No matter what you do, or say, they talk anyway. The more they talk, the more they believe it’s true. They don’t care whether the rumour is true or not- it’s a hot topic at the moment, so the more you know, the better.
Well, let me put some things on the table. I’ve had boyfriends, sure, but haven’t you ever been out with someone? If not, haven’t you EVER made a mistake you’ve regretted afterwards? Don’t tell me you haven’t – we’re all human. I made mistakes, I made MANY mistakes, but you know what? I don’t regret a single one of them. Because I’ve decided to take advantage of the person I’ve become- a strong woman, doing whatever I can to survive. Because people mean anyway, they’re mean no matter how nice you are- they break your heart and call you heartless, so play the part. Play the part they put you in, because they’ll get bored eventually, and no one but you will win that round. Don’t let the bad rumours and people’s opinions consume you- don’t let them define you either. I know you can do it, you’re strong.
