There are so many scientific reviews to back the goodness of this humble snack.

2. They are rich in monounsaturated fats which bring down the LDL (bad cholesterol) levels and keep the heart healthy.
3. They are loaded with a variety of vitamins and minerals. Biotin, Folate, Niacin, Thiamine, Vitamin E, manganese, phosphorus, magnesium.
4. Peanuts are good for the skin and hair due to their content of Vitamin E and Biotin.
You could have peanuts as snacks-boiled or roasted or in the form of unsweetened peanut butter. However, avoid peanuts which are sugar-coated or loaded with salt.
