Ole Gunnar Solskjaer believes he is getting closer to a team that fits Manchester United‘s attacking DNA.
United have scored 48 goals in all competitions in an 18-game unbeaten run ahead of Thursday’s trip to Crystal Palace.
Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and Mason Greenwood have scored 58 between them in total this season, and United could have three forwards hitting the 20-mark for the first time in 55 years.

Asked if the club are now closer than ever to rediscovering their attacking identity in the seven years since Sir Alex Ferguson retired, Solskjaer said: That’s not my job to say but we’ve played some good football, enjoyable football.
‘We’re privileged to play for and represent this great club. There’s a certain expectation of how we play football and we’re getting closer to that type of team.’
