Mauritius and Reunion win in the Golden matches

In the first match for men’s Beach Volley, Mauritius Team B which opposed Seychelles Team A, won by 2-0. As the Mauritian athlete for Team A was injured this morning, Seychelles automatically qualified for the second match for the Golden match against Mauritius. 

Mauritius women’s Beach Volley Team A earned a 2-0 score against Reunion Team B in the first game. The second game ended in favour of Reunion thus qualifying both teams for the Golden match where Reunion sealed the game with a score of 2-1.

All volunteers and spectators were supportive to the participants throughout the games which contributed to the success of the day. After the matches, all the teams expressed their satisfaction and thanked the public present for their support. The Mauritian teams will face Reunion and Seychelles respectively on 22 July 2019.
