LAUNCH OF A CWA PUBLIC WHATSAPP SERViCE TO REPORT MAJOR ISSUES
Today, the CWA has launched a WhatsApp service to enable consumers report major issues (eg. Water leakages) for prompt attention.
The service will be managed by the Special Response Unit. This measure follows the launch of the Special Response Unit, the Flying Squad and the setting up of the digital platform to ensure that prompt attention is given to major issues impacting water supply to the public.
