In order to promote #BioFarming, Ferney is organising, since last week, a Bio-farming training course for its Ferney Agri-Hub tenants and for people from the surrounding villages of Mahébourg, Grand Port and Rivière des Créoles considering a reconversion in Bio Farming Agriculture.
🌿 The aim of the training, delivered by FAREI experts, is to encourage a gradual move to bio production through sustainable practices. As a result, it will gradually help them in minimising the use of synthetic fertilisers and pesticides in their fields whilst giving them an opportunity to generate additional income.
