If there is one lesson I learnt very early on in my life , it’s that you should never treat someone like shit because you are felling like shit. Don’t get me wrong , I slip and do it too but my dissonance happens quickly and I realise I’m fucking up. So every time you feel like you want to die , or be angry , irritated, Frustrated etc… don’t lash out for no reason… try to remember that the person infront of you doesn’t deserve to be hurt by words that were never meant for them.
