Elections scrapped in Tamil Nadu’s Vellore after massive cash haul

Elections have been scraped in Tamil Nadu’s Vellore Lok Sabha seat after a massive cash haul which is been linked to DMK leaders. President Ramnath Kovind has accepted the Election Commission’s plea to cancel the voting and elections in Tamil Nadu’s Vellore following seizure of Rs 12 Crore in from the raids carried in a building associated with a Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) leader.
