Tyson Fury’s trainer rows with security guard and is almost removed from ringside as new footage from closing stages of Deontay Wilder fight is released

  • A new clip has shown Ben Davison having an altercation with a security guard
  • Trainer Davison gets up from his seat when Tyson Fury is knocked down
  • The security guard shouts in Davison’s face telling him repeatedly to sit down
  • The match controversially ended in a draw with many people thinking Fury won

Jack Kinnersley For Mailonline

Tyson Fury’s trainer was involved in an angry confrontation with a security guard and almost removed from ringside during the closing stages of the controversial draw with Deontay Wilder.

Ben Davison was told to sit down after getting out of his seat to check on Fury when the fighter was knocked down in the final round of December’s heavyweight clash in Los Angeles, new footage released by BT Sport has revealed.

Davison, who was sitting beside Freddie Roach and in front of Ricky Hatton, did not sit down straight away and was approached by a security guard, who told him in no uncertain terms to return to his sitting position.

In the footage, Davison responded saying: ‘I am trying to make sure he is alright.’

The security guard can be seen grabbing hold of Davison and saying: ‘You have to sit down right now. I will kick you out this corner.’

Tensions continue to boil over and Davison says: ‘Get your hands off me. I am making sure my fighter is alright. Don’t get in my face like that.’

Davison and the security guard have to be separated as the adrenaline spills from the ring and into Fury’s camp.

Fury miraculously got up and continued to throw punches, much to the consternation of his corner, who were worried about another knockdown.

Hatton could be seen calling for Fury to grab his opponent in order to waste time as Davison prayed for his fighter to hold on.

The footage clearly showed that Fury’s corner felt he had done enough to win, especially given their reaction at the final bell.

The match, in fact, controversially ended in a draw with many people thinking the Gypsy King had won the majority of the rounds.

A rematch date between the two boxers is set to be announced on Monday with the winner likely to face Anthony Joshua.

Salford’s Dennis Politic channels his inner David Beckham by scoring a long-range wonder goal

[ad_1]

Salford midfielder Dennis Politic scored a goal David Beckham would have been proud of as the former England captain watched the National League club for the first time since becoming a co-owner.

The 18-year-old, who is on loan from Bolton, took aim from 45 yards to lob Dover Athletic goalkeeper Mitch Walker in a style reminiscent of Beckham’s goal against Wimbledon in 1996.

Although Politic had given his team a ninth-minute lead, Beckham’s presence in the stands didn’t inspire a Salford victory, with National League outfit losing 3-1 at home to Dover.

These ‘Class of 92’ graduates now own 60 per cent of the fifth-tier club, with Singapore businessman Peter Lim owning the other 40 per cent.

Beckham’s appointment as a club director was formally approved by the Football Association on January 31 and it had been planned that he would be introduced to fans at the FA Trophy match against Maidstone United two days later.

The visit was then postponed, with the fixture having been rearranged because of the weather.

Salford said in a post on their official Twitter feed on Friday: ‘We’re looking forward to welcoming a new face to The Peninsula Stadium tomorrow.

Kaya dépi lésiel: «Zenes, fer to zefor pou kraz Babylone»

0

[ad_1]

Twa zenes, to bizin fer to zefor pou kraz Babylone.

Donc, tu as ta réponse… La lumière, va vers la lumière.

«Lavi li enn karma… Sa ki tonn seme, to pou rekolte.»

Kaya, es-tu amer d’être parti trop tôt ?
(Il réfléchit) Amer… Non.

Tu as toujours revendiqué ton droit de fumer…

Continuez.

Ki to pou al fer la ?
Mo ena pou zwenn mo frer Berger. Li ek mwa nou kontan zwe nou lamizik dan tanto… nou get lesiel, nou santé, nou exprim nou lazwa avek nou bann linstriman…

Monn sant lamour, kouma to kone. To rappel ?… ‘Bizin kozé laverité zenes, nou fami ki ti la pa ti lé tandé, komié finn mor ti pe bizin la sazes, toulétan nou rezet sa ki bon, tou nou lavi ti fini dan laenn, mo pé sant lamour pou nou gagn liberté…’ Mo alé aster. Mo kontan zot. Jah Bless !

Real Madrid’s pursuit of Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar could rule out Eden Hazard transfer

Real Madrid’s pursuit of Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar could rule out potential Eden Hazard transfer

  • Real Madrid have set their sights on signing PSG forward Neymar this summer
  • The Brazilian joined PSG for a world record transfer fee back in 2017
  • He has never truly settled in Paris and is interested in returning to Spain
  • Signing Neymar would end Eden Hazard’s hopes of moving to the Bernabeu

Spencer Morgan For Mailonline

Real Madrid have made Neymar their top summer target and the Spanish champions are confident that they can prise the Brazilian away from Paris Saint-Germain.

Neymar became the most expensive player ever when he joined the French outfit from Barcelona for a fee of £200m in 2017.

However, he has never truly settled in Paris and is understood to have encouraged Madrid’s interest, according to The Times.

The emergence of Kylian Mbappe as one of the best players in the world and pressure to adhere to UEFA’s Financial Fair Play regulations could could also strengthen the chances of a deal being done.

And a potential deal would have implications for Chelsea in their efforts to keep hold of star man Eden Hazard.

The Blues have been trying to extend the Belgian’s contract, which is set to expire in June 2020.

However, their attempts have so far been unsuccessful due to the player’s interest in joining Madrid.

If Madrid do sign Neymar then they would be left without the funds to meet Chelsea’s valuation, ending the chances of Hazard departing for the Bernabeu.
