GIS – 24 July, 2019: The Malagasy Basketball team women, yesterday, registered a score of 74-49 against the Mauritian women’s team. The followed match which was played between the Mayotte Basketball men faced with Mauritius team men, recorded 56-72 points. The tournaments, demonstrating skills and techniques of the teams took place at the Phoenix Gymnasium.
Presently, Mauritius is leading with a total of 111 medals including 39 gold medals while Reunion Island is on the second position with 104 medals with 31 gold medals followed by Madagascar with 73 medals, comprising 27 gold medals.
The basketball match scheduled for today is as follows:
Basketball Men: Maldives – Seychelles
Basketball Women: Mayotte – Reunion Island
Basketball Hommes: Reunion Island – Madagascar
