Hi, why do trainees both in public sector and private sector receive salary later than those of normal employees? Are we not humans? Don’t we have expenses and bills to pay? Not all trainees are on course training and students but many are married and have responsibilities. Especially in the public sector, trainees always receive their salary late. Why is this so?
