I have an article to go forward concerning a fake agency in Mauritius. They took money to recruit people to go to Canada to work but till now nothing has been done.

It was last year June 2020 they took Rs115000 to start the procedure and already confirmed everything will be ready in 1 month as express entry
Each time we call to get updates they give lots of excuses
They contact my husband 10 oct 2020 by mail he should pay Rs30000 for LMIA(Labour Market Impact Assessment) and confirm again on 10th nov 2020 should already start to work in Canada
Till now nothing has been done
We asked for a refund
They refused
We have put case at the police station since February 2021
Still waiting
I do have all proof
The case was done in front of an advocate
They are fake and scam
