Brentford manager Thomas Frank has tested positive for Covid-19, just two days after they played Tottenham in the Carabao Cup semi-final.
Frank was one of two positive tests the club has returned, with the manager now isolating for ten days at home.
The news comes just two days after Brentford’s 2-0 defeat against Tottenham where Frank shook hands with Jose Mourinho and the Spurs squad.

His positive Covid-19 test comes just two days after he shook hands with the Tottenham squad
Mourinho in his press-conference on Friday said that despite the meeting with Brentford, his entire squad have returned negative samples for the virus.
In his absence, Brentford B head coach Neil MacFarlane took training today as the Bees prepared for the Boro tie and will be in the dugout on Saturday evening.
Brentford say due to medical confidentiality they won’t give any further details about the second positive test.
