Dear Parents and students

I am again advIsing you to enquire well and avoid being fooled and ripped off by certain educational agents for higher studies in Germany. They promise good universities, jobs , fine accommodations , easy visa facilities and effective German language teaching. Many get lured by free Tuition fees in German public universities and sacrifice the first 15 months to spend a minimum of Rs 1.5m minimum to be wrongly guided by those agents.

There are few students who succeed getting into top universities but the majority end up with second class institutions and courses of not their choices with acute accommodation problems, unfriendly environment, cultural shocks , visa problems and worst their parents are heavily indebted. A language course also determining the choice of university and the futile expenses of hard earned money and the disillusionment regarding job prospects etc remain the major predicament.

Explore alternative opportunities and parents dnt get influenced by peer pressure and I am here to advise you.

However, there are some present good opportunities for some specific jobs like nurses, doctors , computer engineers, software developers and this is a worldwide demand including Mauritius

Please take advice and in my opinion , we can better utilize the rs 1.5 m put in the forefront to send your kid for a full 4 year study in Top universities in South Africa , India or if you can afford to other countries.
Given the pandemic, start at Uom and then go to a top univ abroad for postagraduate .

Lastly, there is constant pressure on German govt to impose fees for foreigners given budget contraints and plan your budget well in case you decide Germany

Humbly
