Danxia landforms in China have been on my bucket list for a while so discovering the similar albeit smaller and lesser known Seven Colored Earth in Chamarel was a pleasant surprise.
The colors were not as bright as I expected, but I hear that can be weather dependent. Regardless, an interesting phenomenon ticked off my list!
